“We recently had a break in attempt at our business and the front storefront glass was damaged. The team responded quickly, cleaned up the broken glass, and temporarily boarded up the opening to keep the business secure. Once the custom glass was ready, Max came back and completed the storefront glass replacement professionally, including sealing the new glass and finishing everything neatly. Communication was clear, the price was fair, and the final result looks clean and secure. I would definitely recommend them for emergency storefront glass replacement in Etobicoke.”

Within he proactively contacted and fixed the glass door. Amazing job and follow through. Had no guess work and no hidden costs. Great job guys keep up the same work”

“We had a broken window in the middle of our door and Max did an amazing job coming and fixing it. They were very responsive and communicative the entire time. And prompt. And max replaced everything very carefully and cleanly even with our kid and cat running around so that everyone stayed safe. I will definitely be calling them again.”

What affects the price?
Security film is quoted after the glass and frame are assessed. Pane size and quantity, film specification, edge-attachment system, access, existing film removal and evening or weekend scheduling determine the price.

01Glass and frame assessment
Film performance depends on the complete opening, not only the sheet applied to the glass. We identify the glass type, pane size, exposed edges, gasket or sealant condition and how the frame is fixed, then flag cracked glass or weak framing that should be repaired before film is installed.
02Film specification
The right film depends on whether the priority is forced-entry delay, fragment retention, visibility or a combination of those goals. We present the applicable clear or tinted option and its product documentation in the quote, without describing film as burglar-proof or promising a result no glazing product can guarantee.
03Edge attachment planning
Film can hold a broken pane together while the entire filmed sheet still pulls out of a weak frame. Where the security objective requires it, the film edge is paired with a compatible attachment system that connects the filmed glass to the frame. The attachment scope is stated separately so it is not mistaken for a cosmetic bead of sealant.
04Clean installation
Glass is cleaned and prepared, the film is cut to the opening and applied without contaminating the adhesive, then the edges and any attachment system are finished consistently around the pane. We protect nearby floors and merchandise and schedule commercial work to reduce disruption where the site allows it.
05Inspection and care guidance
The finished pane is checked for edge contact, debris and installation defects. We explain the curing period, cleaning method and what appearance changes are normal while moisture clears, and provide the written product and labour terms that apply to the approved installation.

Does security film make glass burglar-proof?
No. It is an added layer of resistance, not a guarantee that entry is impossible. Properly specified film helps keep fractured glass together and can make an opening take longer and more effort to breach. The frame and edge attachment matter as much as the film, and alarms, locks and other security measures still have their own jobs.
Is clear anti-theft film visible after installation?
Clear security film is designed to be discreet, though it is still an applied product and close inspection can reveal an edge or minor optical change. Tinted and solar-control combinations are also possible where they suit the glass. The exact appearance and product are shown before approval.
Can security film go on tempered or insulated glass?
It can be suitable for many tempered and insulated units, but not every film belongs on every glass make-up. We identify the pane and follow the film manufacturer's compatibility guidance because heat absorption, coatings and sealed-unit construction affect what can be applied safely.
Why does the edge-attachment system matter?
Film can keep the fragments together after the glass breaks, but without a suitable connection at the perimeter the complete filmed sheet may still leave the frame. An attachment system is designed to transfer load from the film to the frame. Whether it is required depends on the opening and the security goal.
Can it be installed without closing our storefront?
Many installations can be staged pane by pane, and planned commercial work can be scheduled early, late or on weekends to reduce disruption. Access, curing and the attachment system determine how each opening is isolated, so the working plan is agreed before installation day.
Should I install film or laminated glass?
Both can retain broken glass, but they are different systems. Film is applied to existing compatible glazing and is often less disruptive. Laminated glass is manufactured with an interlayer and may be the stronger choice when a pane is already being replaced. We compare the glass, frame, security objective and replacement cost before recommending one route.
