Within he proactively contacted and fixed the glass door. Amazing job and follow through. Had no guess work and no hidden costs. Great job guys keep up the same work”

We prioritise temporary securing. Depending on the damage, that may mean restoring the lock, fitting temporary hardware or boarding the opening. We explain any access restrictions and the next steps for a permanent repair.
We inspect the jamb, strike area, hinges and supporting frame. The material and extent of the damage determine whether reinforcement, a local repair or replacement is appropriate.

Call us while the response is being arranged and tell us about any police access restrictions. We coordinate the visit and only work on areas police have released and that are safe to access. Do not disturb a restricted scene.
Keep people away from broken glass and leave hazardous cleanup to a professional. Take photos only if safe, without delaying safety work or keeping dangerous fragments. Ask your insurer what documentation it needs and follow any police instructions.
Either. A tenant can call us directly to get the unit secured, which is what matters at two in the morning. We document the work the same way for both parties, so the landlord or property manager has photographs, measurements and an itemised invoice to work from. Tell us who is authorising the work when you call.
Only the ones that were damaged or that keys were taken for. A cylinder that was drilled or twisted is finished and gets replaced.
