What is covered by the warranty?
We provide a one-year warranty on our labour and materials. Ask us for the written details that apply to your job, including any exclusions, and contact us if you have a concern after the work.
How do you prepare a quote?
Every job is different. We usually arrange a free on-site estimate so we can inspect the door, window or glass, check measurements and assess the work required. Photos help us prepare, but an accurate quote usually needs an on-site inspection. You approve the scope and price before any paid work begins.
