“I’m the owner of a general contracting company. My clients needed a crank replacement for their large kitchen window. I must say I am quite impressed with the front office and the quick/efficient correspondence. I spoke with both Carol and Mary who made me feel confident that the scope of the job was understood. Scheduling was straightforward and simple. My technician Tal was polite, knowledgeable and completed the repair a lot faster than I expected. Honestly, 10/10 experience. I would recommend to any fellow general contractor or homeowner. (Photos show before and after)”

“I called Build and Fix when I found that I could not open my back French doors this Spring! One side had dropped down considerably. I called and Max came over to look at the situation . It required taking the doors off and re-positioning them. We booked a convenient time and he came over virtually at the end of the day due to a longer spot before me but he stayed, completed the job even though it was 7:30 when he left. He was professional, cheerful and left the site immaculate. Mary at the front desk was my go to with questions and she too was always both helpful and on top of things. Communication with them was terrific. You never waited. The job was done definitely to my satisfaction. The price was reasonable . I’d definitely recommend using them for your needs!!!!”

“We hired this company to fix water leaking from the window frames in our new house whenever it rained. Manny gave us a very reasonable quote, and we were extremely satisfied with the quality of the work. The technician was very professional and clearly knew what he was doing, which gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process. The new caulking was done so neatly and professionally that it can’t even be compared to the previous work. Everything was finished cleanly and carefully, and we were so happy with the results that we even recommended the company to our neighbors.”

“We recently had a break in attempt at our business and the front storefront glass was damaged. The team responded quickly, cleaned up the broken glass, and temporarily boarded up the opening to keep the business secure. Once the custom glass was ready, Max came back and completed the storefront glass replacement professionally, including sealing the new glass and finishing everything neatly. Communication was clear, the price was fair, and the final result looks clean and secure. I would definitely recommend them for emergency storefront glass replacement in Etobicoke.”

“Alex is great!!! He is professional, punctual and pays attention to detail!!! He didn’t leave until he thought it was perfect which I loved!!!!! We had our door replaced and he transfered the brass handles over. He is amazing!!!”
