The team responded quickly, cleaned up the broken glass, and temporarily boarded up the opening to keep the business secure. Once the custom glass was ready, Max came back and completed the storefront glass replacement professionally, including sealing the new glass and finishing everything neatly. Loose glass comes out of the frame first, because a piece left in the channel drops later onto whoever is standing under it. Fragments are cleared from the floor, the track, the sill and the ground outside, and everything leaves with us. Sharp metal edges on a forced frame get dressed down.
We assess the frame, fixing points and access before choosing a securing method. Where suitable, restoring working door hardware may preserve access. Boarding and temporary hardware must not compromise required escape routes.
Where conditions allow, we isolate the damaged panel while preserving a safe entrance. Tell us about business hours and access needs. Whether the area can remain in use depends on the damage and safe exit arrangements.
While the boarding goes up, the opening is measured and the glass or door specification recorded, so fabrication can start as soon as you approve the quote. When the parts land we come back, fit them, strip the boarding out and remove it from site. You deal with the same number the whole way through.

FAQ
Boarding is temporary protection while a permanent repair is arranged. We explain its limitations and the expected replacement schedule after assessment. Report loose boarding, water ingress or changed conditions promptly; do not try to adjust it yourself.
Fixings have to go somewhere, so there will be screw holes, usually into the frame or the stops rather than the face of the building. On a finished aluminium or vinyl frame we fix into the least visible face and, where possible, through-bolt across the opening instead. Any holes left behind are made good when the permanent glazing goes in.
Yes. Interior partitions, office glazing, display cases and glass doors inside a building all get covered, usually with lighter material than an exterior opening needs, because the job there is separation and safety rather than weather and security. It keeps the space usable while the replacement glass is being made.
We can assess damaged doors and openings after the responsible authorities have confirmed safe access. Tell us about any fire, structural damage or access restrictions when you call. We do not enter or work beside an unsafe structure before it is cleared for the proposed work.
We itemise emergency securing separately from permanent repairs so you and your insurer can see what work was done. Permanent work is quoted for approval. Ask your insurer about its documentation requirements and coverage.
Both, on the same 24/7 line. Houses, condo units, apartments, shops, offices, restaurants and industrial units all get the same sequence: clear the glass, close the opening, photograph and measure, then come back with the permanent repair. The materials change with the opening; the order of work does not.
