“I am beyond grateful to the team at 24/7 Door and Window repair. My partner and I called them on Friday evening, frustrated as our casement window got stuck and the crank handle would NOT budge, leaving us unable to close our windows. I called 24/7 Door and Window repair upset and confused, and they were so supportive and kind. We had a window technician come to our place super quick (and we live in Durham region)! Our technician Alex was AMAZING. He was super efficient, knowledgeable, and generous. He came to our place, assessed the situation, and gave us a fair quote. We went ahead and booked his service — he fixed both our stuck casement windows within 20 minutes and even lubricated two other windows for free! Alex, we appreciate you so much!!!!”

“My experience was great, the company was super quick in coming to help with our broken basement window- it happened in the evening. Our technician Ben was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and did a great job! The company and technician were both easy to communicate with also. I highly recomend! Repair wait time 0–1 hr”

“The smallest window in the house (basement) had a crack from one corner to another. Company sent a technician the next day and glass was replaced within a few days. Max is the best - polite, professional, and dedicated to provide an excellent service. Everything went smoothly and I am happy with this company and experience.”

“I’m the owner of a general contracting company. My clients needed a crank replacement for their large kitchen window. I must say I am quite impressed with the front office and the quick/efficient correspondence. I spoke with both Carol and Mary who made me feel confident that the scope of the job was understood. Scheduling was straightforward and simple. My technician Tal was polite, knowledgeable and completed the repair a lot faster than I expected. Honestly, 10/10 experience. I would recommend to any fellow general contractor or homeowner. (Photos show before and after)”
