“I’m the owner of a general contracting company. My clients needed a crank replacement for their large kitchen window. I must say I am quite impressed with the front office and the quick/efficient correspondence. I spoke with both Carol and Mary who made me feel confident that the scope of the job was understood. Scheduling was straightforward and simple. My technician Tal was polite, knowledgeable and completed the repair a lot faster than I expected. Honestly, 10/10 experience. “My experience was great, the company was super quick in coming to help with our broken basement window- it happened in the evening. Our technician Ben was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and did a great job! The company and technician were both easy to communicate with also. I highly recomend! Repair wait time 0–1 hr”

“The smallest window in the house (basement) had a crack from one corner to another. Company sent a technician the next day and glass was replaced within a few days. Max is the best - polite, professional, and dedicated to provide an excellent service. Everything went smoothly and I am happy with this company and experience.”

“Had a very positive experience with this company - I needed several windows recaulked quickly, and 24/7 was able to provide assistance rapidly. They sent a contractor over to have a look and provide recommendations, and the head office folks were very responsive on timing, price, and follow up. The contractor also took his time to match our existing caulking perfectly and everything looks great. Repair wait time 0–1 hr”
