They sent a contractor over to have a look and provide recommendations, and the head office folks were very responsive on timing, price, and follow up. The contractor also took his time to match our existing caulking perfectly and everything looks great. Repair wait time 0–1 hr”

FAQ
There is no single interval for every window. Exposure, joint movement, materials and previous installation all matter. Visible cracking, separation or recurring leaks are reasons to arrange an assessment rather than waiting for a set number of years.
Some of it. Interior air sealing and weatherstripping can be done any time of year. Exterior joints need a dry, clean surface and a temperature within the sealant's application range, so on a cold or wet day we either use a sealant rated for low temperature or book it for a suitable window rather than applying it badly.
It depends where the draft is coming from. If air is passing between the frame and the wall, sealing that joint solves it. If it is coming through the sash itself, the fix is weatherstripping or resetting the compression on a casement. If the sealed unit has failed, no caulking will help. We identify which before quoting.
