“The service technician showed right at the appointed time, was supper polite and helpful. Took his time to resolve the issue with our balcony door, he was very through and organized. I am so happy that he was able to repair the door under 1 hour. To be honest I was sure that he was gonna tell me that it needed replacement, yet to my surprise he fixed it as promised. Highly recommend them, did not catch the gentleman's name but it certainly did a great job!”

“Alex did an amazing job on one of our projects. I would definitely recommend him! We had a shattered patio door, and he was able to come by on short notice to provide a free estimate. His pricing was very reasonable, and he gave us a clear timeline for when the job would be completed. The entire process was professional, efficient, and stress-free.”

Yes. Ontario requires safety glazing in doors, so patio door panels are tempered, which is why a broken one comes apart into small blunt pieces rather than shards. We replace like with like: tempered, in the same thickness, and with the same low-E coating and gas fill so the new unit performs like the one beside it.
