The team responded quickly, cleaned up the broken glass, and temporarily boarded up the opening to keep the business secure. Once the custom glass was ready, Max came back and completed the storefront glass replacement professionally, including sealing the new glass and finishing everything neatly. The entrance is the first and last thing a guest touches. We set closer speed so it does not slam behind a family, correct doors that have dropped and started catching on the threshold, replace worn pulls and cylinders, and reglaze cracked entrance panels in tempered glass to match what is already in the frame.
Service doors get propped, kicked and reversed into. We straighten and reinforce hollow metal frames, replace bent hinges and sheared closer arms, fit heavy-duty kick plates, and set a closer that still latches the door when someone lets go of it with both hands full. Weather seal is renewed so the kitchen stops drawing in cold air.

That gap is when a lot of our restaurant work happens. Tell us the exact window and we will size the job to it, or split it across two visits rather than running past your open. For anything that needs the entrance out of use, before opening and after close are usually cleaner, and we will say so up front.
The closer, hinges, frame or latch alignment may be involved. We inspect the opening and quote the work needed to restore closing and locking. Whether it can be completed during the first visit depends on the condition and parts required.
Mostly. Cylinders and closers seize because grease-laden air condenses on them and traps dust, and cleaning plus the right lubricant recovers a lot of them. What does not recover is a closer that is leaking oil or a cylinder that has been forced. In a kitchen we fit hardware suited to the environment rather than the same domestic part again.
We handle the door hardware side: hinges, cam-lift action, closers, latches, gaskets and the frame the door hangs in. That is where most sealing failures come from, and it is what causes the ice build-up and the compressor running constantly. Refrigeration itself is a separate trade, and we will tell you plainly when the problem is on their side.
