FAQ
We are available 24/7, and same-day service is available. Call and tell us what the door is doing so we can discuss the next step and check availability.
We repair first. Sticking, dragging, drafty and non-latching doors are usually a hinge, strike, sweep or frame issue that costs far less to correct than a new door. We recommend replacement only when the slab is delaminating, the frame is rotted through, or the damage is beyond what a reinforcement plate and refinishing can hold.
Yes. We secure the opening first so the property is closed up, then repair the frame, replace the strike area with a reinforced plate and long screws, and fit new locking hardware. If the jamb or slab cannot be brought back, we install a replacement door. We document the damage for your insurance claim.
