Hollow metal doors and frames take the abuse and show it at the strike. We straighten kicked frames, reinforce them behind the strike, replace bent hinges and worn closers, and fit heavy-duty hardware suited to the traffic. Rated openings are kept to the condition their rating depends on, including latching and clearances.
Cracked glass, fogged sealed units, interior partitions and window hardware can be assessed alongside your personnel doors. We coordinate the work where practical and confirm any separate visits needed for measurements, parts or replacement glass.
Hardware fails faster here because the environment is harder. Closers stiffen in an unheated space, dust packs into cylinders, and doors cycling hundreds of times a shift wear pivots and latches quickly. We specify hardware for the duty and the temperature rather than fitting the same part that has already failed twice.
Yard-facing doors and ground-floor glazing are the usual entry points, and we reinforce both: long-throw deadbolts into reinforced strikes, wraparound plates on kicked slabs, and laminated glass where a pane keeps being broken.
