We recommend replacement only when the slab is delaminating, the frame is rotted through, or the damage is beyond what a reinforcement plate and refinishing can hold.
Yes. We secure the opening first so the property is closed up, then repair the frame, replace the strike area with a reinforced plate and long screws, and fit new locking hardware. If the jamb or slab cannot be brought back, we install a replacement door. We document the damage for your insurance claim at no charge.
