They sent a contractor over to have a look and provide recommendations, and the head office folks were very responsive on timing, price, and follow up. The contractor also took his time to match our existing caulking perfectly and everything looks great. Repair wait time 0–1 hr”

How is my quote calculated?
Every job is different. We usually arrange a free on-site estimate so we can inspect the door, window or glass, check measurements and assess the work required. Photos help us prepare, but an accurate quote usually needs an on-site inspection. You approve the scope and price before any paid work begins.
How quickly do you come back?
We are available 24/7 and can dispatch a technician immediately for an emergency. For less urgent repairs, we can usually arrange a technician the same day. We confirm the estimated arrival time when you call. If all representatives are busy, leave your number or send a text and we will call you back promptly.
How does the $50 off work?
For your first repair. The discount is confirmed with your quote before any work begins.
Can I send photos?
Yes. Attach up to three photos directly to this form, or text them to (647) 643-5837. Step back far enough to show the whole opening, then add a close-up of the damage. JPG, PNG, WebP and HEIC are supported, up to 10 MB each.
